Howard Hansen has consulted
clients in the since 1995. The consulting practice began as a
service to authorized reselling business partners of Great Plains
Software (now Microsoft Business Solutions) products. He was Great
Plains’ first Vice President for Human Resources and led
recruiting, performance management and leadership development
initiatives there. He is president of True North Leadership Center,
devoted to creative and life changing retreats for leaders. His
background includes business management and leadership in the
